The Jeff Gallant Band is a Live Country Music band from England.

The Jeff Gallant Band first entered onto the country music scene in October 2001, at the time using the band's original name of Jeff Gallant & The Norfolk Cowboys,  at the Country Music Festival at Pontins of Pakefield, Suffolk, to a near capacity audience.
After receiving 3 encores at the end of their set they have never looked back!

Since that time only Jeff remains from the founding members of the band, still in the current line up.

The Jeff Gallant Band is made up of 3 permanent members, as pictured below, and at present the band are using top quality steel guitar / lead guitar deps to complete the 4 piece while they secure a new full time member for that position allowing the band to continue will ALL bookings and always offer a proffesional and entertaining show.

The Jeff Gallant Duo consists of Jeff and Clive.

With the current line up, the Jeff Gallant Band has grown from strength to strength and continue to offer a proffesional sound and show, with a fun and entertaining performance.
The members offer a combined wealth of stage experience and expertise on the various instruments that they play.

A little history of the band :

Unfortunately, a few years into the lifetime of the band, both Colin Watson and Terry Annison, two of the other founding members of the band, had to leave the band due to other work commitments, but they are still good friends with the band and the band wishes them both all the best.

And more recently in May 2012 another founding member, Jay Dee Read, decided to leave the act after 11 years on the road and again we wish him well.

And the final founding member George Ing, originally on drums and then moved to bass guitar, retired from the act in March 2016, after an amazing 15 years with the band. He remains a great friend to the band and we thank him for his service and wish him a great retirement.

Titch Reeder also became a big part of the Jeff Gallant Band after his band, the Phil Shannon Band, came off the road somewhere around 2005, I think, but it is hard to remember exactly when Titch joined us as he used to turn up and jam with the band long before that when he had a night off!

Titch played Fiddle and keyboards and was a great entertainer also!

Unfortunately Titch decided to retire in 2015 and continues to jam with various acts around Norfolk, and I'm sure we will reunite on stage with him one of these days, but he is enjoying not having the commitments of a travelling band!

The Jeff Gallant Band play good, hardcore, country music, trying to play something for everyone providing a varied program and a good mixed selection of both traditional, modern and original country numbers.

The Jeff Gallant Band are lucky enough to get to play country music and travel all over England to clubs and festivals on a national stage and have enjoyed entertaining people in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Somerset, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Isle of Wight, Cambridgeshire and many more counties along the way.

Jeff  has also sung in Nashville and Lynchburg, Tennessee.

The Jeff Gallant Band's popularity is constantly growing as more people hear their music and enjoy their live performances.

Their music has been played on various radio stations including BBC Radio Norfolk, BBC Radio Suffolk, BBC Radio Essex, Watton Radio and in the month of November 2009 they were selected as one of's UK Spotlight artist's of the week!!

The Jeff Gallant Band are always willing to travel and are always looking to add to their ever increasing schedule to perform live and entertain audiences of all ages with their style of music, both in the UK and hopefully in the future to an international stage too.

The band told us:

"We work hard to have a lot of fun, if we're in your area why not join the ride..."

"We love what we do and we enjoy meeting the new faces and old friends along the way."

"Playing live is the best part of what we do and it's a 'drug' that never stops driving you on."

"It's worth all the long miles and late nights (or early mornings) and the party just keeps getting better!"

So if you're an real country music fan, a rocker looking for a change or someone just looking for a good night out,
why not come along and spend an evening with
The Jeff Gallant Band...
you just might enjoy it!!?
